Eligibility

A JACL member or a dependent of a member: or an American citizen of Japanese descent. Note: Need not possess a Japanese surname
A high school graduate of/and a resident of one of the following counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit
Has been accepted by a college, university, business trade school, or any other institution of higher learning for the coming year
